To make your next project as stress-free as possible we would recommend putting together a list of what you need, require and want with as much information as possible on make and model of boiler or any other equipment you have, want or need. This will save us time and enables us to better understand what is required before visiting the site to inspect and measure up for a more detailed and accurate quote.

What guarantees can you offer that the job will be finished on time and on budget?
To be honest, in this industry it is difficult to give an exact figure for every job as sometimes things are installed out of view. We usually assume that everything is currently installed correctly, and usually it is! But every now and then we might lift a floor board up to gain access to pipework or check in the loft for tanks and find it is not what was expected or valves have seized causing problems and may need replacing.
If this does happen, we would inform you immediately and let you know what options are available or what the best course of action is along with what is required and check that you agree.
Every now and then you might come across unknown problems that are virtually impossible to notice, like excessive build up of sludge in the heating system which would require power flushing and chemical treatments added to help break down, remove and slow the build up of sludge again
A majority of the time we are within budget and on time but unforeseen problems can occur and happens every now and then.
This is more common on domestic installations than on commercial or industrial installations.
We will always give a competitive rate and discus any change in costs or time and will always keep you informed.
