Returned from holiday to find no hot water and no heating in freezing cold weather so called these guys up and within 1hr they arrived and they were fast, efficient and friendly but more importantly they had everything sorted very quickly and at a reasonable price for an emergency call out at 11pm on a Saturday so they are now my go to guys for everything.

Arranged for job to be done the next day while both of us at work after choosing the style of bathroom shower taps we wanted and was very happy to return home to find it was all completed within the time frame and budget stated. They even tidied up the bathroom and put everything back where it was so now planning an En Suit Bathroom Refurbishment to be done in spring with this company as my wife was so impressed with their service.

Heating system was getting noisier and noisier and just ignored it until it finally stopped working so called this company to have a look and they said it is an old back boiler on an old system and found something called a 3 port valve had seized and needed replacing so drained out what could only be described as black sludge from the heating system so he could replace the valve and was kind enough to flush the heating system with fresh water and put in a liquid to slow the build up of sludge again and now everything is running like new and most importantly the horrible banging noise is gone. The engineer recommended we have the system flushed completely but now thinking of updating old system to a combi boiler which we hope they will do in the summer time as recommended by the engineer.
